Dance for Dance Sake
Drop the kids off at school on Monday mornings and come and join us at Shirley Community Centre for some fun, fitness and freedom through dance. Introducing all manner of dance techniques (including jazz, modern, jive and line dancing) to a variety of music types such as Blues, Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Pop, Musicals and current popular songs. The emphasis is on fun and fitness. Wear casual comfotable clothing, bare feet and bring a water bottle!
